piezoelectric ceramics are usually divided into "soft" or "hard". Hard piezoelectric ceramics are used in power applications. There are two basic types of hard piezoelectric ceramics, usually called PZT4 and PZT8(PZT stands for lead zirconate titanate composed of piezoelectric ceramics). All transducers in our company use PZT-8 piezoelectric ceramics. PZT-8 piezoelectric ceramics have higher quality factor Qm, higher safe working temperature (Curie temperature) and lower dielectric loss (tan & delta;).
Product Description:
process flow chart is as follows: batching-mixed grinding-pre-firing-secondary grinding-granulation-molding-plastic-sintering into porcelain-shape processing-electrode-high voltage polarization-aging test.
1. ingredients: carry out material pretreatment, remove impurities and moisture, and then weigh various raw materials according to the formula ratio, and pay attention to a small amount of additives to be placed in the middle of the large material.
2. mixing and grinding: the purpose is to mix and grind various raw materials evenly to prepare conditions for complete solid phase reaction for pre-burning. Generally, dry grinding or wet grinding is adopted. Dry grinding can be adopted for small batches, and stirring ball milling or airflow crushing can be adopted for large batches, with higher efficiency.
3. pre-burning: the purpose is to synthesize piezoelectric ceramics by solid-phase reaction of various raw materials at high temperature. This process is very important. It will directly affect the sintering conditions and the performance of the final product.
4.: The purpose is to mix and grind the pre-burned piezoelectric ceramic powder in fine vibration, so as to lay a good foundation for the uniform performance of porcelain.
5. granulation: the purpose is to make the powder form high density particles with good fluidity.
6. molding: The purpose is to press the prepared material into the required prefabricated size blank.
7. plastic discharge: the purpose is to remove the adhesive added during granulation from the blank.
8. sintering into porcelain: the blank is sealed and sintered into porcelain at high temperature. This link is quite important.
9. shape processing: grinding the fired products to the required finished product size.
10. to be electrode: a conductive electrode is arranged on the required ceramic surface. General methods include silver layer sintering infiltration, chemical deposition and vacuum coating. Eleven, high-voltage polarization: make the ceramic internal electrical domains directional arrangement, so that the ceramic has piezoelectric properties.
12. Aging test: After the ceramic performance is stable, test various indexes to see if the expected performance requirements are met.
