If the welding horn is worn, the welding horn should be replaced in time; because factors such as pressure on the welding head and different materials of the workpiece to be welded will cause the resonant frequency of the welding machine to shift. The greater the shift, the lower the power transferred to the welding horn. The less, the greater the energy loss and the more serious the welding head heating, resulting in unstable welding, virtual welding, and welding failure;
2. When the welding horn is replaced or worn or other brands of welding horns are used, the welding horn should be tested with a separate instrument or the welding horn should be put on the machine without load. The test machine system does not alarm (this state is static), but it is actually used in production. (The load is dynamic) Welding instability will occur during welding, which is caused by the inability to track or deviate from the dynamics...
