Equipment composition description 

The equipment consists of two sets of tools, a machine, a vacuum pump, a vacuum tank and an electronic control system. 

1) A vacuum pressure gauge for displaying, detecting and setting the maximum vacuum pressure.

2) Each tool is equipped with a pneumatic tee for switching the flow direction of the vacuum.

3) Each tool is equipped with a manual ball valve for adjusting the flow direction of the vacuum.

4) Each tool is equipped with a headrest branch pipe support for fixing the headrest, and the branch pipe support is replaceable (the size of the headrest branch pipe support depends on the customer's headrest model). 

5) Each tool is equipped with a sealing sleeve for wrapping the headrest foam to form a closed space.

6) The sealing sleeve uses a cylinder with a guide to move up and down, with a stroke of about 350mm. 

7) A proximity switch is installed at the end of the cylinder to open or close the vacuum.

8) An electric control cabinet with related electrical components.

9) Two knobs control the activation and deactivation of the two workstations respectively, without affecting each other. 

10) A foot switch is provided for each to control the up and down of the cylinder and the sealing sleeve.

11) The vacuum compression time is determined by the manual control foot switch.
