At present, CNC processing enterprises lack the awareness and ability of independent innovation and basic theoretical research, which restricts the development of CNC processing technology in China. Only by deeply studying the characteristics and requirements of product technology in user industry and paying attention to the research of basic theoretical work, can China's CNC processing industry have better development in the near future.

Cultivate strategic emerging industries and modern manufacturing services, so as to meet the transformation needs of downstream industries, provide support for the steady and rapid development of China's equipment manufacturing industry, and provide the basis for the establishment of a modern foundry industry system.

2. Comprehensively build the education and training network system of precision casting industry. Run schools in various forms to effectively cover the whole industry in foundry education and training.

3. Help enterprises effectively use WTO and other international laws to deal with trade disputes such as anti-dumping and strive for the right to speak in the international trade system.

4. Adhere to the "go out, please come in". On the basis of holding the high-level forum of China's precision casting industry and the high-level forum of casting industry in the three places on both sides of the Strait, further hold the high-level forum of Asian casting industry and the high-level forum of BRICs casting industry, and actively participate in the high-level forum of world casting industry.

5. Substantive participation in international standardization. Strive to submit several drafts of international casting standards led by China to the international organization for standardization during the 12th Five Year Plan.

6. Carry out the credit rating evaluation of the national casting industry.

The backwardness of CNC processing technology is a major bottleneck. Only by breaking this bottleneck can China's CNC processing industry make a substantive breakthrough and achieve rapid development in stable development.
