Ultrasonic welding is an advanced technology through the application of physics to complete the operation of a series of industrial products. Ultrasound has a wide range of applications. Because of its safety, speed and low cost, more hollow board turnover box enterprises and individuals favor the use of ultrasound.

Handheld ultrasonic welding machine, also known as ultrasonic spot welding machine, can be used for welding thermoplastic materials, and the welding head can be replaced according to different welding processes for riveting, spot welding, embedding, cutting, etc.

Instructions

Connect one end of the cable to the output control cable connector on the vibrating cylinder, and the other end to the output control cable socket on the back of the electric box, and screw it tightly.

Clean the connection surface of the welding head, connect it to the transducer of the vibrating cylinder, and lock it with a wrench. Note: When connecting, you must make sure that the two connecting surfaces between the welding head and the transducer are matched and locked. Do not cause the connection screw to be too long or the sliding teeth to be unable to be locked, otherwise the machine will be damaged due to poor transmission of sound waves.

When loading and unloading the welding head, two wrenches must be used to clamp the welding and transducer respectively, and only one part of the welding head must not be locked or loaded or unloaded, so as to avoid damage to the portable vibrating cylinder.

After checking that points 1 and 2 are properly installed, insert the power cord socket into the external power socket, and turn the power switch, then the power indicator light will be on.

Lightly press the sound wave control switch, then you can hear the "squeak" sound from the welding head when the sound wave is transmitted to the welding head, indicating that the machine is working normally and can be put into use.

When the machine works abnormally, do not disassemble the equipment without permission, please notify the supplier or send the equipment to the manufacturer for inspection and maintenance.

The hollow board turnover box is usually welded by ultrasonic welding process. The hollow board turnover box is generally made of pp material for finished product packaging, which is light, durable and stackable. The design of the hollow board ultrasonic welding machine is customized according to the customer's product.

The plastic welding of hollow boards is not surface welding, but point-to-point welding. Hollow boards are widely used in the turnover loading, packaging, storage and transportation of electronic devices and products in the production process. The welding of the hollow board plastic welding machine is stable and firm, and it is necessary to pay attention to the leveling of the machine when adjusting the equipment.
