The safe use of ultrasonic spot welder mainly includes three aspects: test welding before formal welding, machine maintenance and operation during welding.

1. Test welding before formal welding

The test welding operation can effectively detect the problems of the spot welder, discover the safety risks and eliminate them in time. Then how to conduct the test welding? The steps are as follows:

(1) Adjust the current, the specific value depends on the situation;

(2) When welding, try to reach the appropriate position from the beginning of the short circuit;

(3) It is recommended to choose low pressure and production time at the beginning of the test welding, which is safer;

(4) In the process of test welding, adjust the current size, welding time length and pressure size at any time according to the conditions of the test welded plate until appropriate.

2. Maintenance of spot welding machine

No machine can be used safely without the maintenance of the machine, so how to maintain the spot welder?

(1) In order to ensure the dryness of machines, especially air compressors and filters, which often compress and filter water and small particles in the air, it is necessary to check and clean the water regularly.

(2) When the air is input, some mist oil can be added, which can strengthen the lubrication of the equipment and reduce wear.

(3) Once the parameters are set, do not change them at will in use.

(4) Keep the machine clean.

3. In the welding process, the operation should comply with the safety operation procedures, especially do not put the hand between the two electrodes.
