At present, ultrasonic welding equipment will get more and more applications. Because of its high efficiency, good safety, no need to add auxiliary additives and other advantages, it is favored by enterprises. However, we found that the welding effect of ultrasonic welding machine is still not ideal. What methods can be used to improve the welding effect of ultrasonic welding products? 1. Improved ultrasonic welded joints.

Ultrasonic welding fixture is mainly used for positioning and bearing. The machining accuracy of ultrasonic welding equipment fixture is very high, and the shape and machining accuracy of three-dimensional complex surface are required to be very high. When the angle and radian of ultrasonic welding fixture are inconsistent with the welding product, the product may be deformed after welding.

The commonly used fixture material is aluminum alloy. After the tooling is processed, it also needs to be fine adjusted to make the tooling work on the ultrasonic welder, so that the power frequency and ultrasonic welder have better welding effect. Ultrasonic welding is easy to produce impact cracks. If the product is damaged by impact, the ultrasonic welding fixture shall be buffered with soft resin or covered with cork. The product is not easy to break, and the surface treatment of ultrasonic welding fixture can improve the welding quality.

2. Optimize ultrasonic welding conditions.

Ultrasonic working condition is the output power of ultrasonic welding equipment. Pressure welding time. Cooling time, delay, and other settings. The ideal welding effect can be obtained by optimizing the ultrasonic operation conditions.

During ultrasonic welding, due to the high pressure, the cylinder falls too fast, and the ultrasonic weld is easy to flatten. Although the product seems closed, the weld is not welded with triangle point lead because of the extrusion and sinking of the weld, and the welding effect is lost. After welding, the stress is formed on the plastic surface. Therefore, the welding error occurs.

3. Optimize the ultrasonic welding circuit.

When ultrasonic welding equipment is used for welding, due to unreasonable design of product weld, it will slide under pressure, resulting in product dislocation during ultrasonic welding. In addition, the welding line can also be designed, but this problem also occurs because the processing accuracy of the welding part is not enough, resulting in inconsistent dimensions. Therefore, in the mold processing process, the weld seam uniformity is high, which is very important for positioning and ultrasonic welding.


According to past experience, we found that quality problems are more likely to occur: scratches or cracks on the product surface, product deformation or dyeing, damage or extrusion deformation of internal components of the product, burrs, the size tolerance of welded products cannot be controlled, the product position cannot be controlled, and the requirements for water and gas sealing cannot be met after ultrasonic welding
