♻️Fault Analysis: Common Causes of Welding Issues:
- Welding Horn Wear
Worn welding horns must be replaced promptly. Pressure, material differences, and wear can shift the resonance frequency of the machine. This reduces energy transfer, increases heating of the welding horn, and leads to unstable welding, poor joints, or welding failure.
- Welding Horn Compatibility
When using worn, non-original, or third-party welding horns, static testing (without load) may show normal results, but during production (with load) dynamic deviations often occur. This causes welding instability and failure to track frequency.
To ensure stability and reliability, we strongly recommend using original welding heads manufactured by our factory.
