Description:
Ultrasonic plastic welding (basic) is a cost effective, efficient and clean fusion bonding technique of TPC ( Thermal Plastic Composites), and of great value in application.Ultrasonic plastic welding machine is a general-purpose equipment for welding plastic molding products and sealing the tail of plastic sheet, paper and aluminum sheet composite film and plastic hose. Different processing methods such as fusion, caulking and riveting are adopted according to different objects. The machine adopts single chip microcomputer program control, with high degree of automation, convenient operation, built-in protection circuit, safe use and stable work.

Erection sequence
A: Connect the three cables and pneumatic wires on the rack to the sockets of the base and the electric box respectively and tighten them;
B: Adjust the height of the frame and tighten the fixing handle of the machine body;
C: Observe whether the emergency stop switch on the base is reset;
D: Connect the air source and power supply, and connect the bottom line;
E: Wipe the contact surface between the welding head and the horn, apply a small amount of silicone oil and butter on the two end faces, screw the screw into the welding head and tighten it, then connect the welding head and the horn with a screw and lock it with a wrench;
F: Before operation, ultrasonic testing shall be carried out to determine that the frequency of the electric box and the mechanical resonance frequency of the transducer system are consistent. In case of any change, it is necessary to replace the welding head or change the output amplitude.

Acoustic detection
In the future, it is very important to achieve the best use effect, maintain the performance of the machine and adjust the resonance of the electric box and transducer system;
A: Before tuning, ensure that the welding head and the horn must be locked, and the welding head shall not touch other items;
B: Turn on the power switch, and the power indicator is on;
C: Press the ultrasonic frequency scanning switch to scan the current frequency, and then enter the normal working state.
Mode adjustment
In order to achieve high production efficiency, the distance between the welding head and the plastic should be shortened as far as possible, but enough space should be left for easy access to and placement of plastic parts.
A: Adjust the air pressure of plastic parts in the base to about 4kg, and use the lifting switch of welding head to align the upper and lower molds.
B: Select the appropriate distance between the welding head and the plastic part to lock the fixed handle in the frame.
C: Adjust the limit bolt to lower the welding head, and there is still about 0.2mm space after pressing the plastic parts.
D: Adjust delay welding, cooling time, air pressure and test welding sample.
E: Observe the sample. If uneven welding is found, it is necessary to carefully adjust the balance of the base. The general principle is that the more severe the welding part melts, it should be lowered, pad paper on the opposite position of the base, and raise the corresponding position of the base to make the plastic part fit well with the welding head.
Maintenance and repair
I The welding head, bottom mold and working objects shall be kept clean.
II Regularly check whether the cable head is loose.
III Clean the air filter regularly with detergent or water instead of volatile solvents.
IV The machine shall be wiped regularly. Liquid cleaning is not allowed. Do not press or place fluid objects above the vibration generator box.
V Keep the air unblocked in the workplace and the surrounding temperature should not be too high.
Vi The lifting groove and screw shall be greased regularly and kept clean.
VII When moving the machine, the vibration generator box shall be separated from the collective and must be moved carefully.
