When the foaming temperature of the polyurethane foaming machine is too high, the mechanical reaction is strong and it is difficult to control. The properties of the polyurethane foam introduced into the shell are very heterogeneous. The foam that was initially introduced reacted exothermically with a rapid viscosity expansion, while the bubble liquid introduced later did not react. As a result, the subsequently introduced polyurethane foam liquid cannot push the first introduced foam liquid towards the shell. The foaming step is carried out from the beginning, and cavitation occurs in the shell part. Therefore, before foaming, the temperature of the polyurethane black and white material should be controlled at about 18-25, and the temperature of the preheating furnace of the polyurethane foaming machine should be controlled at about 30-50 , the temperature of the foaming mold of the polyurethane foaming machine should be controlled at about 35-45. When the foaming mold temperature is too low, the foam management system suffers from poor circulation, long drying times, incomplete reflections and some gaps. When the temperature of our foaming mold is too high, the plastic liner will be deformed by heat, and the foam management system will react strongly. In winter, when running on the production line every morning, the foaming mold must be preheated, and the foaming furnace, casing and door leaf must be heated for about 30 minutes. After foaming with the machine for a period of time in summer, the foaming system software needs to be cooled to reduce the temperature and heat. Producing polyurethane foam with a polyurethane foaming machine requires a mature process and the personal experience of the operator. From the mixing of materials A and B to the end of foam volume expansion, the whole process can be called the entire foaming process. During the entire foaming process of the polyurethane foaming machine, the management system released a large amount of reaction heat (1 mol of active hydrogen and 1 mol of acrylate groups finally produced an exothermic reaction of about 109kJ). The heat of reaction vaporizes the blowing agent into the foam, and each bubble forces the bubble volume to continue to expand. At this point, each cell is affected by two forces: atmospheric pressure (ie external pressure) and working pressure (ie air pressure) caused by the expansion of the blowing agent. When the internal pressure exceeds the pressure, the volume of the foam management system will continue to expand; when the working pressure inside and outside the cell is the same, the foam will not expand, that is, it exceeds the "expansion time".
