Some knowledge points of polyurethane foaming machine

Polyurethane foaming machine is a professional equipment for grouting and foaming of polyurethane thermal insulation steel pipe. The performance parameters of polyurethane component materials (acrylate component and nitrile rubber component) meet the requirements. It can produce foam products with uniform proportions and standards, which are made of nitrile rubber and polyacrylate, metal catalysts, demulsifiers and other chemical additives, and foamed polystyrene foam according to chemical changes.

1. In the actual operation of the polyurethane foaming machine, the polyurethane a and b components must wear protective glasses, work clothes, hats and rubber gloves. The office environment must be naturally ventilated and kept clean every day. When in use, the exhaust pipe cover must be opened to discharge the steam, and then the sealing cover must be opened.

2. When the polyurethane foaming machine has flame retardant requirements for the foam, the polyurethane foaming machine can choose to use an enhanced flame retardant. The general dosage of flame retardant is 15-20% of the net weight of the white material, which is a halogen-free flame retardant. Polyurethane foaming can only be carried out after the agent signs the polyurethane A material.

3. When we actually operate the polyurethane foaming machine, we need to weigh the components A and B in proportion, then pour them into the equipment container, and stir for 8-10 seconds with a mixer above 2000 rpm. The release time of the polyurethane foam is determined by the requirements of the product and the thickness of the foam.

4. When the skin comes into contact with the polyurethane A material, rinse with water. Once any substance is accidentally spilled on the skin, it must be dealt with promptly. It can be wiped clean with medical cotton first, then rinsed with water for about 15 minutes, and then washed with soap or ethanol.

The basic concept of a polyurethane foaming machine is to introduce steam into the foam solution, but different types of foaming machines introduce steam in different ways. For example, the low-speed stirring type uses the slow rotation of the blades to introduce steam, the annual output value of bubbles is small, and the foaming force is low; the high-speed impeller type uses a high-speed rotating centrifugal impeller to exhaust, the bubble diameter cannot be controlled, and the foam is uneven. The pressure type and medium and low pressure type have fast generation speed, high output power, and uniform and small bubbles. The barrel of the polyurethane black and white material spraying machine for storing isocyanate and combined polyether should not be exposed to the sun, and must be kept away from heat sources and placed in a cool and dry place. If the bucket is standing upright, there should be no accumulation of water on the bucket lid! If the entire barrel cannot be used up at one time, the lid must be closed immediately after each use to prevent water vapor and impurities from entering the barrel and affecting the quality. If more than two brands of polyether are used, they should be stacked on different brands and clearly marked. The combined polyether with ordinary flame retardants should not be stored for too long and must be used on the day of preparation, otherwise it will easily cause deterioration and affect the foaming quality.
