In the current Velcro production process, the first step in the production of Velcro is to divide the raw materials into strips, and the cutting is continuous, but the length of the raw materials is fixed. When a roll is used, in order to work continuously, it needs to be spliced, so the name of the splicing is welding, so it can be called a Hook and loop velcro  ultrasonic welding machine.

Due to the rapid and stable development of ultrasonic welding machines in the past 20 years, the mechanical properties have been greatly improved, so we can conclude that the design and processing rationality of the Velcro welding mold determines the quality and efficiency.
