Plastic whistle ultrasonic welding machine

The main purpose of the ultrasonic welding machine is to assemble the injection-molded whistle parts, without adding additives or glue, and using the principle of vibration and friction to generate heat. There are generally two kinds of plastic materials for whistle production, one is pp and the other is ABS. Due to the high melting point and large deformation of PP plastic, the welding effect will be greatly reduced when ultrasonic welding is used, so the cylinder pressure is required to set the parameters. For some, a shorter delay time ensures that the whistle starts soldering without touching the product in the air.

The multi-station rotary ultrasonic welding machine not only improves the production efficiency, but also reduces the fatigue limit of workers. The output of one machine can be increased by one third from the original single machine and single station.
