The putty powder packaging bag is a three-layer kraft paper with film valve port, which is commonly known as a paper plastic composite bag. It is mainly composed of woven fabric, kraft paper and PE film. Since the putty powder is stuck to the valve pocket after the putty powder is filled in the tank, it is difficult to seal it with an ordinary hot-melt sealing machine, while PE plastic is suitable for ultrasonic welding. Its working principle is that the high-frequency signal is generated through the oscillation circuit and converted into mechanical energy by the transducer, The energy is transmitted to the contact surface of the valve pocket through the welding head, and the joint surface of the workpiece at the pocket mouth is severely rubbed and melted with hundreds of thousands of vibrations per second and pressure.

After the filling step, the sealed valve pocket will not break through the valve port when it is welded with ultrasonic wave. It is easy to operate and has beautiful forming. It will not break when it falls upstairs! Since the bag body is provided with tiny vent holes, the air can be exhausted during filling, and the materials will not be sprayed out.
